Tubular filters
Tubular filters are indented for the technological process of getting milk with the use of hose milking machines and milking halls.
The tubular filters we manufacture are made of various nonwoven fabric types with the basis weight of 60 up to 120 g/m2, joined by sewing with double chain stitch and of overlock type. Double sewing protects the filter from breaking at the stitch during the filtration of milk which takes place under the pressure generated by the milk pump. Depending on customer’s preference the nonwoven fabric are selected so that to reduce the load of the milk pump to minimum and ensure the highest possible milk flow. We also offer the tubular filters made of nonwoven fabric without any adhesives, joined by the thermal-welding process.
We manufacture tubular filters for any type of hose milking machines and milking halls. The most popular sizes on the Polish market are: 320*58; 455*58; 620*58. Besides, we manufacture the filters of any size according to individual orders.
