Washing/disinfecting towels
Washing/disinfecting towels are used before milking process, they provide disinfection and prepare the cow’s udder for mechanical milking. The disinfecting agent used in the saturated towels enables to clean the cow’s udder thoroughly and prevents transferring bacteria to other cows. The use of those towels before milking not only keeps the udder clean but provides a stimulating massage as well.
Those towel are manufactured in 3 types:
WW1200 – towels in a bucket with tissue dispenser, in one bucket there are 1200 tissues (sized 20 x 20 cm) saturated with washing/disinfecting agent. The nonwoven fabric used is smooth and made on the mangle with the use of a smooth roller.
WW900 – towels in a bucket with tissue dispenser, in one bucket there are 900 tissues (sized 25 x 22 cm) saturated with washing/disinfecting agent. The nonwoven fabric used has as an admixture of special fibres that make it more rough and by this increase the washing capability. This fabric is made on the mangle with the use of a corrugated roller.
WW700 – towels in a bucket with tissue dispenser, 700 tissues (sized 20 x 20 cm) saturated with washing/disinfecting agent are in one bucket. The nonwoven fabric used is a little rough and made on the mangle with the use of a corrugated roller but without any fibres increasing its roughness.
